How To Training Wrestling Sport

Generally, there are 3 training sessions in wrestling sport. Always training at professional club with proper wrestling mat for safety:

1. Stretching

Begin your training with stretching exercise slowly.


2. Basic Techniques

Train all your 6 basic techniques 10 counts repetition with your partner slowly, to shaping your form perfectly.

Once finished, take a short break for 1 minute.

3. Sparring Fight

Unlike fighting sport which can do various extra training, wrestling sport extra training is far fewer because the basic training is already tiring (of course, their basic training is relying on raw physical power a lot).
