Qin Na or Chin Na is grappling techniques used in Chinese martial art to immobilize the opponent. Qin Na history is old as Shuai Jiao wrestling style but it developed by southern wrestlers community. Contrast with northern Chinese wrestling which more focus on throws, southern style is more focus on locks.
Every Qin Na schools have their own favourite moveset. This is the reason why every schools have different techniques, although the rules used in tournament are same (as long as the wrestlers can defeat their opponent using locks without any punches and kicks, wrestlers are free to choose any grappling techniques they like).
