Why Bouncing Footwork Is Unsafe For Real Fight

Bouncing Footwork (also called as Skipping Footwork) is a kind of footwork where the fighter standing on their front toe and hopping everywhere, imitating Rope Skipping jumping move.

In Boxing tournament, you can use this footwork safely without worry, because sweep and low kicks are not permitted there.

Sadly, this footwork is unsafe for asian martial art tournaments (like Karate, Panantukan, Kungfu, Kuntao and Silat) or real street fight situation where fighters are free to do sweep or low kick techniques. Of course, you’ll tripped so easily while hopping on air position.
